From punk to jazz, appearances with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra to busking and writing plays for the Edmonton International Street Performers Festival, and the Edmonton Fringe Festival, my musical journey continues to be fascinating and filled with new adventures.
Many musical projects crossing many musical genres allow professional musicians to flex their abilities and composition skills. If you are looking for the highest quality musical experience in your venue, one of the many ensembles I am a part of may be exactly what your are looking for.
I’ve recently partnered with Routenote.com to re-released older recordings, and previously unreleased material, new recordings are in progress and will be available via all the digital outlets.
Here’s a list of some of the bands and projects I’ve been honored to be a part of:

Prior to the Almost Leather Band, Jason Cairns, Ryan Vikedal, John Navaratnum and I, had a project called The Piemyn. Here is a link to the album/CD we created called Picasso Laughed: https://youtu.be/6aRdtEiE_7I
Junior Gone Wild (89-91 ish) – https://jrgonewild.com/ loved touring with Junior, it was every ounce of crazy we could squeeze into the van, then we drove across Canada a lot, then drove around Europe, made a hopelessly hearfelt canadian rock album “Pull the Goalie”. Somewhere between Stomping Tom, Tom Petty, Blue Rodeo, and Crazy Horse, and trapped in this nexus of influences and multiple cowrites, though there is undoubtly good songcraft here, the album lacks the cohesion of previous efforts, and didn’t remotely caputre the band’s ability to rip the roof off a club at 2am. I can’t believe they let me play pedal steel on this recording !
I’ll be posting Songs and Instructional videos to my you tube channel here.
